FRIDAY FAIR ADMISSION ONLY A DOLLAR FOR FIRST FOUR HOURS
Once again a special “one dollar deal” will be available to fairgoers during the first four hours of the Central Washington State Fair on Friday, September 25, opening day of the Fair. The dollar deal is good for all admissions beginning at 11 a.m. when the Fair officially opens, until 3 p.m. on Friday.
“This is the very best deal at the Fair,” said Greg Stewart, fair president and general manager. “Where else can you get all of this entertainment for just a buck?”
Stewart said that there are a number of other discount promotions throughout the Fair helping fairgoers to save on admission and ride tickets just about every day of the Fair.
After 3 p.m. on opening Friday, the regular gate admission will be $12 for adults and $9 for seniors 65 years and older. Children aged 6-12 are $7 and kids 5 and under are free at all times when accompanied by an adult. Parking on the fairgrounds is $6.
This year’s Central Washington State Fair opens at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 25 and runs through Sunday, October 4, in Yakima. Parking will open at 9 a.m. on Friday, opening day. # # #
