Bill Engvall and Pablo Cruise To Appear at the Fair
Officials of the Central Washington State Fair have added a little comedy and some great 70’s music to their entertainment mix by signing comedian Bill Engvall and the pop band Pablo Cruise to appear during the ten day event in late September.
Engvall, one of the comedians on the super popular Blue Collar comedy tour will appear at the Fair on Tuesday, September 28 at 7 p.m. Engvall has appeared on Comedy Central dozens of times over the past decade and his first comedy album “Here’s Your Sign” went platinum and was #1 on the Billboard Comedy chart for 15 weeks.
Pablo Cruise has had a number of pop hits over the past 35 years including “Watcha Gonna Do When She Says Goodbye” and “Love Will Find A Way,” among others. They will be performing at the Fair on Friday, October 1 at 7:30 p.m.
“Bill Engvall and Pablo Cruise add some comedy and more great music to our line-up,” said Fair president and general manager Greg Stewart. “We try to have something for everyone and with these two acts on board, we are almost there.”
Stewart said that they still have a couple of nights to fill with entertainers for this year’s Fair. He hopes to have those entertainers signed soon.
All entertainment at the Fair is free with admission, but there are some reserved seats available for Bill Engvall and Pablo Cruise . Reserved seat tickets for Engvall are $30 and reserved seats for Pablo Cruise are $10. The reserved seating prices do not include fairgrounds admission. Tickets for both these Fair entertainers will go on sale on Saturday, April 10 at 10 a.m. at the Fair ticket office and through TicketsWest locations. To reserve seats call 1-800-325-SEAT.
