Will Call Window is located at our Box Office, Deccio Administration Building, State Fair Park. Will Call Window is open normal Box Office hours.

Patrons that have purchased “show” tickets for the Grandstand Shows or for the Budweiser Stage shows may pick up their tickets at the Box Office Will Call until 2 hours prior to show time. If tickets haven't been picked up by that time, show tickets will be transferred to the Will Call Window at the respective venue (Grandstand or Main Stage ticket window) and available to pick up 1 1/2 hours prior to the show.

During the Fair, if you have a ticket packet to retrieve from Will Call and you are in a vehicle, you are permitted to enter the Transit Lot where you may park long enough to pick up your ticket package. Once you have retrieved your ticket packet, please move your car to the appropriate parking area. This Transit Lot is strictly patrolled and your car will be towed if left longer than 15 minutes.
